DC cell phone pics

Here are the rest of the cell pictures that I stashed in my phone for the past year.  Looking through them I miss DC- our friends, the cherry blossom festival, the warm, palatable winters, and the excitement of the city. Yet in many ways life is very much the same here in Iowa- the daily tasks we complete and the rhythm of our day is relatively unchanged.  Where ever we are, when I am with my kids there are always pleasant discoveries and treasures to be found.

My cell phone follows me most places but I don't love it for taking pictures. Normally cell pics are blurry and don't capture the feeling in the room. But sometimes a quick-draw phone photo comes in handy- when I see an unbearably cute kid or when I find myself having an exceptionally rare good hair day- both things that should be documented and cherished.
